MATCH RESULTS FOR OCTOBER 6TH IN METAIRIE:

■ The Drama Club (Mickey Drama & Simon Philips) defeated Izzy James & Superbeast

■ Jace Valor defeated Nate Bradley to retain the WildKat Revolution Championship

■ Suge Whyte defeated Ryan Davidson

■ Luke Hawx defeated Billy Paradise

■ Brian Kendrick defeated Brady Pierce to become #1 Contender for the WildKat Heavyweight Championship

■ Slime SZN defeated The Ringwormz to retain the WildKat Tag Team Championship

■ PJ Hawx defeated Victor Benjamin

The night kicked off with General Manager Said Abumusa with a major announcement. After some soul searching, Mr. Abumusa realized his first love will always be officiating and has decided to resume his role as senior official and step down as WildKat General Manager. Said then announced his replacement: Lee Rudin! The new GM thanked Said, WildKat Sports, and the crowd for the opportunity before introducing the WildKat Champion Danny Flamingo!

Danny was in no mood after being sneak attacked from behind the night before by a man in Halloween costume. The assumed fan turned out to be Brady Pierce, who clearly still has unresolved issues with the champion. As Danny discussed this, Flamingo noticed the same Ghost-Face figure in the crowd and called him to the ring. As Danny removed this person’s mask, assuming it would be Brady Pierce, the real Brady Pierce ran from the back to attack Flamingo from behind again! This time, however, he was saved by none other than THE Brian Kendrick! Pierce fled Ringside but not before the new GM made a huge match for later in the night: Brady Pierce versus Brian Kendick for the #1 contendership to Danny Flamingo and the WildKat Championship at the Revolution Rumble!

RAZA RAYLEIGH defeats EL TRABAJADOR NOCTURNO

THE DRAMA CLUB defeats SUPERBEAST & IZZY JAMES

JACE VALOR retains the WKS Revolution Championship against NATE BRADLEY

Controversy was a theme throughout the evening following the opening segment. The ending of the WildKat Revolution Championship match saw Jace Valor retain over Nate Bradley when after Bradley had Jace covered for the win, Valor managed to not just get the shoulder up but “inadvertently” hit Nate with a low blow in the process, unbeknownst to the referee. Valor had no problem capitalizing on it, however, to hit Bradley with the Killshot and take the cheap victory.

SUGE WHYTE defeated RYAN DAVIDSON

The blows continued to be low, as in the battle of the behemoths between Ryan Davidson and Suge Whyte, it was Davidson going to the top rope to hit his signature Spiral Splash Whyte shaved the referee into the ropes, causing Davidson to trip precariously on the top rope, allowing Suge to his Cherry hill Overcoat for the win. Suge wasn’t done, however, continuing to kick a man while he’s down, prompting officials to intervene and check on Davidson, including Matt Lancie. Suge was hot, pushing back, including putting his hands on Matt Lancie! Things seemed to escalate quickly before Davidson recovered to dispatch Suge over and out of the ring before things got even more out of hand.

LUKE HAWX defeated BILLY PARADISE

#1 Contender’s Match: THE BRIAN KENDRICK defeats BRADY PIERCE

A huge match-up, Kendrick versus Pierce would end in controversy. Kendrick managed to reverse a powerslam from Pierce into a tornado DDT before falling into the cover. Referee Said Abusa made the cover for Kendrick over Pierce, despite Kendrick’s shoulders also being down. Pierce also managed to get his shoulder up and into a cover onto Brian that the referee didn’t see, declaring Brian Kendrick the winner and new #1 Contender. and incensed Brady Pierce attacked Kendrick before assaulting the referee, prompting Danny Flamingo this time to make the save. Pierce fled as Flamingo and Kendrick stared a tense exchange over the WildKat Championship. Despite the controversy, as it stands, it will be Danny Flamingo versus Brian Kendrick for the WildKat Championship at the Revolution Rumble this December.

SLIME SZN retains the WKS Tag Team Championship against THE RINGWORMZ

PJ HAWX defeats VICTOR BENJAMIN

The main event saw the much awaited return of PJ Hawx to the company to face Victor Benjamin. This was PJ’s first sanctioned WildKat Sports appearance since January, though PJ has made his presence known all year long. The previously undiscussed issued between PJ and Luke Hawx has festered to a boiling point. PJ was suspended for acosting his father in June, where he inadvertently injured Luke, then slapped his father at July’s X-Rated VIII, which saw Victor Benjamin get involved. This incredibly personal issue between Luke and PJ is something officials have tried to settle behind closed doors, but Luke Hawx had enough, issuing a challenge to PJ for a match: father versus son, PJ versus Luke, at the Revolution Rumble, inside a Steel Cage!

PJ only accepted the idea of this match on the condition of being reinstated to face Victor Benjamin at the October 6th event. After a tense technical match that saw PJ get the victory, PJ took the mic to call out Luke. Luke obliged, resulting in an impromptu brawl that forced security, officials, and almost the entire lockerroom to empty to break up. PJ once again ran out of the building, leaving Luke to address only the fans, but Luke sent PJ a message to close out the show: not only will it be father versus son at the Rumble, but Luke will put his shares in WildKat and his position at WildKat Sports on the line, career versus career, one of us has got to go! Can the stakes be any higher? This issue HAS to be settled, and it will be inside a STEEL CAGE on December 7th at the Ponchartrain Center at the 13 Year Anniversary REVOLUTION RUMBLE!
